We have made some changes to the way we run our fracture clinics. All patients referred to our telephone fracture service will be triaged by an orthopaedic consultant and receive a telephone appointment first. Please advise your patients that this first appointment will always be a telephone review.

Changes to GP radiology requests at BHRUT
All urgent GP radiology request forms and reports can now be emailed to and from BHRUT. All requests for radiology will be vetted and the patient will be contacted directly by the booking team to confirm their health status. The trust is not currently accepting walk-in referrals to the radiology department.
