We have recently published some new, best practice guidelines for supporting our NHS people affected by Long Covid. Developed in collaboration with colleagues from across the NHS, Department of Health and Social Care, Health Education England, NHS Employers and colleagues with lived experience of Long Covid, the guidelines offer advice and best practice for line managers and leaders. This includes details on what Long Covid is, advice on HR elements, and practical tips on the benefits of regular welling conversations.
