Supporting NHS colleagues to handle difficult situations with compassion webinar (March)


This free Comprehensive training course is for non-clinical staff and has been designed to equip you with the tools, techniques and approach to deal effectively with difficult conversations with compassion, whilst highlighting the importance of looking after your own health and wellbeing at this critical time. 

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand what we mean by compassion and the types of difficult situations our NHS colleagues may face
  • Learn how to practice skills and techniques that will support you to handle these difficult situations safely and with compassion
  • Engage with colleagues across your region and learn from shared experiences
  • Hear more about the national health and wellbeing support offers available to you and your colleagues
