Referring patients for calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) treatment

If you have a patient who requires calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) treatment, they need to be referred to the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen’s Square or to Guys & St Thomas’ for this service.

Unfortunately, BHRUT does not provide CGRP treatment. Patients experiencing headaches or migraines who you think may be eligible for CGRP treatment should be referred to the providers above.
