Seqirus note to GPs
Change to your Seqirus 2021/22 flu delivery schedule – one to two-week delay anticipated
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that due to unforeseen road freight challenges, there will be a delay to your scheduled delivery by one to two weeks.
We realise that this unfortunate change could require you to reschedule planned influenza vaccination clinics and would like to reassure you that we are working hard to allow you to plan with certainty.
To this end, we have set out some delivery touchpoints to guide you:
- Seven days-prior to your delivery you will receive an email from Seqirus, with a Delivery Note stating your actual delivery day.
- 48 hours- prior to delivery you will receive an email from our distribution partner, Polar Speed on behalf of Seqirus, advising you of the estimated delivery time for your vaccine order. This will be received from the following email address NoReply@polarspeed.com, (please add this email to your address book to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.)
- On the day of your delivery- you will receive a further email from Polar Speed advising you of a 2-hour delivery window and the details of the driver who will be making the delivery.
Please do not to book any clinics until you have received the Delivery Note email from us.
