We are in the third phase of the NHS response to COVID-19. One of the resources included in the materials to support implementation, is Five principles for the next phase of the Covid-19 response, developed by patients’ groups through National Voices, a coalition of health and care charities in England.

National Voices heard from hundreds of charities and people living with underlying conditions, before developing these five principles to underpin and test any policy change. The principles put people and their rights at the centre.
