Direct Access Adult Hearing Service Update (C&H)


Following new guidance from NHS England, the Direct Access Adult Hearing Service is suspending all face-to-face appointments. Please hold all referrals to the service.

Service providers will continue to provide support and repairs remotely. Information on how to access this can be found on the service intranet page here or on the webpage of your patient’s audiology provider.

Action on Hearing Loss’s Hear to Help Service has also closed and will not be providing support in City and Hackney Practices. They continue to offer support remotely. This can be accessed via the below:
