Renovations to improve the GP x-ray department at Whipps Cross Hospital will commence on Monday 7 November and continue through to the end of March 2023.
During this period, the service will remain open but with reduced capacity. This means that any patients referred by their GP for an x-ray can be seen via appointment only and there will be no walk-in service available.
Walk-in services for GP x-ray referrals remain open at all other hospitals at Barts Health. Any patient wishing to be seen via a walk-in service, which may result in having their x-rays faster, can attend any of the other sites as follow:
