The acute CYP crisis service via A&E will be running and prioritised. Phone 0203 222 5600 or send to A&E. |
Specialist CAMHs; ELFT |
New Referrals These will be triaged. New, non-urgent referrals will not be accepted currently and referrers and parents and carers will be provided with details of where online support can be found. They will also be told to contact the service again if the child or young person deteriorates. Cases deemed high risk, particularly those that fit within the Crisis Team and Adolescent Mental Health Team, will have an assessment and be followed up as deemed clinically appropriate.
Existing Clients All clinicians within the Service are currently RAG rating their cases, so there is shared understanding of clinical prioritisation. Existing cases, where necessary, will have telephone / Web-Ex contact. |
Community Eating Disorder Service; ELFT |
New referrals A reduced service will be provided, where only referrals which require an immediate crisis response will be accepted. If a query is urgent, please contact the service on 0208 215 5270 (Mon-Fri 10:00am-4:00pm).
Existing Clients A service will continue: the service is contacting young people and their families by telephone to offer some continuing support, self-help and digital resources and offering telephone / virtual reviews. Additionally, the service has a pop-up critical response team which will consist of 2-3 team members and will be based at the hub, Emanuel Miller Centre on 11, Gill Street. This on-site team will be available to conduct face to face immediate crisis reviews/immediate crisis assessments, Mon-Fri between 10:00am-4:00pm. |

New referrals Closed to all new non-urgent referrals, including self-referrals. Urgent or risk related referrals will be seen by the team.
Existing Clients Majority of patient contacts will be over the phone. The service are prioritising cases where there is risk. |

CFS Clinical Service (children open to Children’s social care only) |
New Referrals Clinicians continue to take new referrals including via the CAMHS ‘no wrong door’ via ClinicalTeam@hackney.gov.uk
Existing Clients Clinicians are mostly working from home, but continuing clinical work using video and telephone sessions / consultations. The service will continue to operate a same day crisis service for any child on the caseload.

WAMHS/MHST; ELFT; Secondary schools and PRU |
Until there is a direction to totally close schools, the service will continue to provide Services. The service anticipates having all essential areas covered such as reception, triage, crisis, Consultant support, but responses might be a little slower than usual. |
WAMHS; HUH; Primary and Special Schools |
Clinicians will not be visiting their schools, but will be available for consultation, advice and any other work they can do from their base at the Ark. |
