The British Society for Immunology is running ‘A webinar for healthcare workers: COVID-19 vaccines & communicating with younger adults’ which is taking place 12:00 – 13:00 Monday 21 June.
This interactive webinar aims to increase healthcare workers’ confidence in talking to younger people about COVID-19 vaccines. Our speakers are both experienced immunologists who have been engaging with younger adults about vaccines and will speak about how they answer some of the common questions that come up, followed by a Q&A discussion from the audience.
This webinar is for all healthcare workers who wish to increase their knowledge and understanding of COVID-19 vaccines and build their skills in communicating with and tackling concerns that younger people may have. This webinar may also be of interest to healthcare staff who often interact with patients who are going to get vaccinated, such as GP receptionists.
Registration is free for all and a recording of the webinar will be available online afterwards too. If you’re unable to attend, it’s suggested to register anyway as you’ll be notified when the recording becomes available. Further details and registration is here.
