BHRUT are currently reviewing their non-emergency patient transport service (NEPTS). This is the service that is provided to eligible patients who need help getting to and from their hospitals, for example outpatient appointments.
BHRUT want to make sure they are providing their patients with the best service possible. One element of that is making sure the booking system works for you, as well as understanding your experiences using the service overall and any thoughts you may have on improving it.
