An issue entailing individual test results being sporadically absent from reports to GPs has been identified following Barts recent Pathology software upgrades (30/10/21). They are working with their software suppliers to identify, quantify and resolve the issue as a top priority.
Though the tests affected seem random/inconsistent between reports, the issue currently blocks them from resending these electronically on any given report. Until this is resolved results can be looked up in Cerner (East London Patient Record/Health Information Exchange) or Cyberlab, if you have access. Where a whole report is missing (i.e. you do not have a partial-report) this is likely to be a separate issue that they may be able to resolve immediately, please contact email@example.com
